Er. Sahabdeen’s career as Civil Engineer expands over more than 30 years of extensive experience in the design, construction, project management and construction supervision of major civil and infrastructure works.
He has been responsible for many multi-disciplinary professional teams, leading the conceptual design, overseeing the detailed design and construction supervision of major infrastructure projects in Singapore, Australia and the Middle East.
Er. Sahabdeen’s specialist experience in structural, geotechnical and tunnelling works and his contribution to have more accurate excavation management system by developing a new guide based on the percentage of soil/rock in the tunnel face is a remarkable achievement.
He frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars and has many papers to his credit. He is also an active member of TC220 Technical Committee of professional organizations such as ISSMGE.
